Global Fighting Alliance presents GFA 8: A September to Remember
It will be an exciting night of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competition Friday night at Blackham Coliseum.
Several members of the world class American Top Team (ATT) will be providing stiff challenges for local fighters to test themselves against.
Tim Credeur's Gladiators Academy Lafayette protege' Eric Scallan takes on a tough challenger in ATT fighter David Bagget. ATT founding member and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blackbelt Rodrigo Ramos will be trying to submit Leesville product and Gracie Jiu Jitsu trained Chris Champagne. Justin Friddle from Lavonia will try to out duel ATT fighter Joe Watson. In other Gladiators vs ATT matchups DJ Domengeaux out of Lafayette faces Micheal Johnson and Franciso Ortiz (Gladiators) scuffles with Alex Charrier. Other local fighters in action
are Bob Falls, Corey Johnson, Brice Navarre, Allen Meyers, and Chris Friddle.
